Dont have any idea what i did wrong to one my customers a while ago, been trying to be nice to them most of the time, even if theyre blaming me for all those things that happened on their accounts, even if theyre cursing me to death for something that Im not supposed to be blamed of. Hahays. Dont have any choice for this kind of job but to religiously accept their curses and still apologize. Were agents.. i know right, but still were humans too.. they dont have to shout at us, and curse us, we have feelings too, we easily get hurt too, we have lots of problems too.. people nowadays are very selfish and insensitive. I have a ZERO SCORE for the VOICE OF THE CUSTOMER.. AGAIN! Its a company policy that if the caller is unauthorize we cant provide any info nor make any changes on the account, otherwise if we assist them and provide any info or changes on the account, i will be punished, ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY and will be endorsed to HR asap. So its just like im choosing for two options here. ZERO VOC or ZTP. Kill them with kindness doesnt work all the time. -_- Most especially to those customers who always insist theyre the ones whose right. I know that theyre valuing the customers, they must value the employees as well.. right? Advice please? TIA. ;) PS: Please excuse my grammar if theres an error, im just a newbie for this kind of job. Its my first time to work in a call center industry. ;)
