Dont know who will see this but I figured I would post anyway. All of our prayers were answered yesterday when my Uncle was blessed with the gift of a donor lung. The operation was a success, he did very well and the doctor was very pleased. He looks fantastic and will be getting up and out of bed sometime this morning. Words can not even begin to explain how grateful we all are that he finally received a lung. Seeing him yesterday, although sleeping, looking youthful and not struggling for breathe was awesome. That being said, someone lost their life providing my Uncle with the gift of life. Please say a prayer for this person and consider becoming an organ donor. Nothing is more valuable than life and the gift of life for someone in need. Thank you again to everyone that prayed for my Uncle.
