Dont let bodybuilding turn you in to a NARCISSIST and an EGOMANIAC. A truly confident and happy person does not base their self esteem on their APPEARANCE or their POSSESSIONS, they base it on WHO THEY ARE as a person. Think about this next time you post a progress selfie looking for likes, because those who rely on the acceptance of others have not truly accepted themselves. You look GOOD, you shouldnt need to be reminded constantly, and if you do, you are MISSING SOMETHING that has nothing to do with your APPEARANCE.
