There are so many things I want to start doing regularly, but it feels so overwhelming and its been hard for me to get going with it. What habits or routine changes have you made and how did you go about doing it? I think my biggest struggle is consistency, do I wanna use a schedule or a planner or a routine? An app, a calendar, a dry erase, a printable? Do I want to start it all at once or pick one thing at a time? Am I the only person to struggle this way lol?
