Dont let the argument that Asians have eaten soy for thousands of years confuse you into thinking soy is healthy. Asians traditionally ate soy primarily in a fermented state (miso, tempeh, natto, soy sauce) and **always** in small, condimental amounts .. not the modern use of soy where it is ground up as a cheap filler and put it in everything imaginable that is processed that causes all manner of health woes and very hard to resolve hormonal issues.
