Dont skip the gym or your home workout this weekend! This is a very complex movement. It is a combination of a donkey and knee to chest with leg on a stability ball. This movement requires coordination, balance, upper body strength and some flexibility. My client laughed at me when I said this movement is more for a female because it targets in the abs and glutes areas of the body. I do not want a tone or bigger butt. It is no where in my list of goals haha! Have fun this weekend. Stay on the grind!
