Dont think he is dangerous. He seemed a little scared and disoriented. But he might have wandered away from a caregiver. A youngish male, very thin and less than 5 5, Hispanic was in our parking lot at 1525 N. Norma St. at 10:10 am this morning. He was only wearing dark socks, no shows, a laminated wrist ID bracelet but did not look hospital issued. He had on dark jeans, a dark shirt over a blue scrub top, blue surgical gloves that were way too big and was carrying a plastic bag. The bag is the kind they give you at the hospital for your personal belonging before getting a procedure. The bag was full of papers, brochures, the Swap Sheet....looked like just any paper he saw, he put in the bag. He approached two ladies in the parking lot and asked for money. They declined. He then asked for a cigarette. They said they did not have any more. He asked if they would give him the one she was smoking. They declined. The ladies quit smoking and returned to the building. The man followed them. They entered their office and he followed. They locked the door and he repeatedly tried to get in the office door. He then came in our office. First he tried to put the magazines we had in the lobby in his bag. Then he started collecting our brochures. He then asked if he could just read all of the employment posters we had on the wall. His behavior was very odd and seemed that he might be disoriented or confused. He left our office and tired to enter the other two office suites but I told him they were closed. He said that he has a hard time remembering stuff. He also asked if his brother had paid for his ID card. I walked with him out of our building. He then headed west on Perdew, walking toward the DMV. If you recognize him, he was in the DMV parking lot about 5 minutes ago.
