Dont you just love it when a store changes everything around; overnight. It took me 5 yrs shopping at Raleys to learn where the Q-tips, Tabasco sauce and organic toilet paper were located. Tonight was a fiasco. I started my usual routine. I always head straight to the deli, and basically do a zig zag pattern to checkout. But something seemed wrong. I went right to the bread section, but someone had turned it into wine. I started to panic, the soda wasnt where it used to be, the chips were somewhere different and the eggs were gone! I ran to my favorite salsa section and it was all international foods! People started starring at me like something was wrong, obviously I was the only lost fool. I began to play it cool and just went up and down the aisles humming. ( A person this lost can never ask an employee where to find an item.) One time I asked, Hey, where are the coffee filters? He said, You sees the end of the buildin? Go past that a about 1/4 mile. I just wanted to get out of there, I felt like a foreign tourist that had no clue. When I got home, I had bought everything on my list except coffee filters. I also had items I didnt want; a pack of ultra thin condoms, an ear wax removal device and a pack of Depends. Well,,,at least the coffee filters are covered...
