Don’t be diverted! Dear child of God, We are so easily misled by the enemy of our soul, no matter how strong we think to be. We should continually be on our guard and never underestimate the onslaughts of the devil. Let us not be proud, arrogant and self-willed but always walk in true humility before God and man. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.” • He will try and divert you, by causing you to become to big for your spiritual shoes ~ your humble walk with God to lose. • He will try and temp you with all kinds of leisure and pleasure, to try and rob you of your heavenly spiritual treasure. Titus 3:3 ”For we ourselves were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating one another.” • He will try and mislead you with carnal-minded friends, your precious time to spend; on all kinds of new worldly trends. 1 Corinthians 15:33 ”Do not be deceived: Evil company corrupts good habits. • Your blessings he will try to steal, to your fleshly desires he will appeal, but in the end under that sinful load you will reel ~ before other moderns gods to kneel. Galatians 5:24 ”And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.” • He knows just what to do, to let you loose your cool, and become like a fool, as you comfortably and complacently, sit in your lazy-man stool. • All your God given talents will rust, and even turn to dust. You will be left to do your own will, but you will be taken through the mill. • Eventually you will sit and moan, ever more to roam. You will find yourself far from your heavenly home; your once loving heart, turned into stone. • Tears of regret, you will eventually shed, as you stray from Jesus, your Master and Head. • Give heed to this warning with speed, and turn the direction of your feet, back to God who will give you a new start.
