Don’t like the government “spying” on you? According to the U.S. Constitution Amendment IV gives the government the power and authority to search and seize: U.S. Constitution Amendment IV states that the government can’t search and seize anything of a person’s possession and/or property without a warrant issued or any unreasonable cause. The Amendment IV does allow the government to search and seize a person’s property and possession as long as there is a probable cause, or supported by oath and affirmation, particularly describing areas to search and seize. It is clear that there is a loophole in this amendment. To include that ‘probable cause’ noted in the U.S. Constitution Amendment IV is not specified to any degree which the government can declare for their actions to search and seize. Let be certain that you would not have anything to worry or hide about if you’re not involved in any illegal activities. If you are an attorney, lawmaker, legal professional or any Bar Associate feel free to share your thoughts either on this post or through email.
