Once per yovel, comes the ninth year, the ninth month, the ninth day, and the ninth hour – an especially auspicious time for prayer and yeshuah, for both individuals and Klal Yisrael. The source for this segulah is the Sefer Brit Menucha by a talmid of the Ramban, Rabbi Avraham M’Rimon HaSephardi. This segulah has been authenticated by all the Gedolim. While there are varying opinions as to the time of the ninth hour, there are 9 minutes within that hour that overlap between the differing opinions. This year those nine minutes are from 1:44 p.m. to 1:53 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 (ט כסלו). 9 minutes of an Eis Ratzon. This is the time to pray for health, parnasa, zivugim, shalom bayit, children, or whatever else is needed! The Yismach staff will daven for all Yismach participants. We ask you to also daven at this time for all Yismach members. Just imagine hundreds of people davening for one another to find their zivugim!
