Doris has a question: I have a question for Dane breeders. We have our first Dane, she is an 8 month old Harlequin and she has cherry eye. We are scheduled for Jan. 3rd to have the surgical procedure as well as the stomach tacking, micro chipping and and spaying. My husband now thinks we should breeder her once but our vet, who is also a Dane owner, says she is not a good breeder because of the eye issue. What are your thoughts? She was also the only pup in the litter of 6 with the cherry eyes. Thank you!
