Dork Alert Opinion: Back on 12/31, The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) sent a tweet saying he was partnering with Warner Bros and DC Comics to create cool bad assery. This also said it would be happening in 2014. There is only one DC movie being filmed in 2014, so that got me originally thinking he might be doing some voice over work. But, lets take a moment and think about Man of Steel 2. A lot of people throw out roles like Black Adam, Lobo and even John Stewart/Green Lantern. How about we look at roles we know are gonna be in Man of Steel 2. One in particular. There has been no official announcement of who is playing Lex Luthor and rumors have gone around about potentially changing him from a white business man to black. With his bald look, could The Rock be Lex Luthor in the new movie? Imagine a fight with Batman vs Lex Luthor or let Lex set up some red sun lamps and have him lay the smackdown on Henry Cavills Superman. Id enjoy seeing him as a hero but I think Id more enjoy Johnson as Luthor. What do you think?
