Dottie is headed back to Maryland this weekend as her Mom is being released, but needs 24 hour care. She is scrambling to get a flight and figuring out the rental car she will not need once she gets there, but needs it to get from BWA to Chestertown. This on top of fighting the Presidential traffic to get downtown - hes apparently going to be in the block next to her office & they are shutting down everything...
