Double Chocolate Cake Ingredients: 1. Butter 250g 2. Sugar (ground) 1.5 cups 3. Milk 1/4 cup 4. Dark Chocolate (chopped) 200g 5. Hot Water 1 cup 6. Baking powder 4tsp 7. Flour 2 cups 8. Dark Cocoa powder 1/2 cup 9. Eggs (slightly beaten) 2 Procedure: 1. Brush the pan with oil. 2. Melt butter in pan, add chocolate, sugar, milk and hot water and mix till the mixture is smooth. 3. Remove from heat and let it cool. 4. Sift together flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. 5. Mix the flour mixture with the cool chocolate mixture. 6. Whisk in eggs, one at a time. 7. Bake the mixture for 45 minutes over 150 degrees C.
