Dr. Immanuel Vehlikovsky studied ancient histories and came up with a world history getting around cultural differences and language barriers. There are 3 ages of man and the sun in the Judeo-Christian Bible, 5 ages of man and the sun in the Popul VU of the Yucatan Quiche Maya and 5 ages of Man and the Sun in the Bamboo Books of the Chinese, and 7 ages of man and the sun in the Books of Vishnu of India. At the end of each age a tongue of flame from the sun would lick the earth and human civilization like the phoenix would then rise from the ashes. Usually a little better each time but much human knowledge and observations were lost. Natural history does repeat itself in cycles.
