Dr. P.B.Srinivas, the genius, known for his soft, velvetty rendition of Music, was born 84 yrs back to enthrall Indian music lovers. South Indians, particularely Telugus, Tamilians and Kannidigas were blessed to listen to him for 5 decades. He wrote poetry in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit and English. He penned more than one lakh poems in all these languages. All these things are achievable, but the decency, the love, affection and respect with which he treated even a kid is rarest commodity which only very few can be blessed with. I had some extraordinary times with the pious soul. I was very blessed to have recorded my first song with this Divine Voice. All the music lovers must have celebrated his birth day today with reverence and love. Long live the legacy of PBS. He lives for ever with us.
