Dr. Shafiq Ahmed a renowed doctor and owner of Ali Medical Center, Star Gate,Karachi abducted at 8:30 PM on Friday from the gate of his residence in Defence Phase II. As he reached home nearly 7 persons heavily armed abducted him and took him in their Land Cruiser. - Defence Society is in the RED ZONE as far as security is concerned. This incident has left all the people feeling highly insecure. We the CIVIL SOCIETY should raise their voice and call the authorities to get release the doctor safely and put a STOP on such events. The Government of SIndh and all the allies should feel their responsibility and should come forward other than the lip service
