Seems an ideal pairing; crowd-funding for civic projects such as restoration of historically significant architecture. Ive worked with the National Park Services Historic Preservation program, it is a good incentive for preserving visible, cultural assets in a community, adding crowd funding would be very helpful too! Perhaps folks/investors could request a LEED rating is achieved. Greensquare would happily facilitate!
