Dr. Stolarik has invited me to be a guest conductor for halftime at the OU Homecoming game and I have accepted. I want to be supportive of the current students and I believe this is the best way for me to do so. I am sure that there will be some who disagree with my decision and I respect their right to their point of view. I hope they will extend me that same respect as well. My understanding is that there will be a combined selection for the Pride and Pride Alumni during halftime and I will conduct the second portion. I am excited for this opportunity to be on Owen Field again with friends and former students, as well as the current Pride members. I hope to see as many of you as possible there as we join together to show our support for the students. Boomer Sooner!
