Dr Wayne Kublalsingh has been out of the limelight. Poor man has nothing else better to do but to stir the same old "shit." This man is a mental nuisance. The new highway will be important for the people of Trinidad and Tobago. He should stop putting pressure on the Government and let the work continue. Whenever a house is built, the environment is affected. He has a high opinion of himself and he can keep it. The highway is a must and costs must be kept to a minimum, and the shortest way will protect the environment. Dr Kublalsingh, please go home and shut up.!!!
