Drilling Structures International, Inc. (DSII) is not only one of the leading drilling rig designers and builders in the world, it is also an incredible family. DSII takes people from all walks of life and gives them an opportunity to grow and be part of an industry that drives the success of our country. I began my career with DSII in 2012 as a helper and I am now an integral part of our business development. The Riveras have taught and trained me every step of the way. Similarly to my professional life, my personal life has seen a lot of change and growth--I am now married and have a son. Tons of change! There is one more area in my life that the Riveras and DSII are directly involved and responsible for--my young family and I are now homeowners!
