Driving a route truck everyday you see all sorts of things! Today was the 1st time in 21 years I saw this: Traffic on the highway came to a complete stand still! It started inching up slowly but not quick enough for me! I figured must be an accident. Sure enough but what I saw next was heart breaking! There were 2 police suvs and an unmarked car! I figured must be a drug bust! Wrong! Inching closer I saw a pick-up truck with its left rear tire hidden by a crushed dog crate! In front of this truck I saw a man tying down another dog crate in the back of his pick-up. I figured one of the crates must have came off the truck because it was not adequately tied down and it was hit by the truck behind him! I almost yelled out of my company truck: Hey dumb*** a little late arent you! Im sure the man didnt mean it but let this be a lesson to everyone reading this to secure your friend before taking off! :(
