Driving back from Portsmouth I am reminded how lucky I am, as weve just had to ring 999 to notify the police of a man the wrong side of a barrier on a bridge over the M27. Luckily police are already on their way but my heart is all torn up knowing the pain he must be in. Watching the rest of the world in joyous celebration is gut wrenching when your world is falling apart. If you do one thing today, make an effort to contact someone who you know is struggling with difficult circumstances, mental or physical health problems. Reach out, show you care, you dont know what difference it could make.
