Dropped my POV off at Norfolk VPC on 12 June 2014, RDD in Naples, Italy was circa 27 July 2014. Website said delivered to customer on 4 August 2014. My car was deemed lost by IAL somewhere in Europe until they found it in a warehouse in Baltimore, MD...still in the US! Ridiculous. Now Baltimore VPC is trying to ship it hopefully this week which puts me out of a car for at least 150+ days. I have my crappy rental now but the lack of customer service has been special. Id like to take their POVs away for 5 months, not communicate the whereabouts of their POVs and see how patient they would be.
