Drug pusher and 2 others netted in buy bust in Iriga City In violation of RA 9165 Iriga City ---- PNP Operatives of Iriga City Police Station led by PO3 Edsel M. Alteza conducted drug buy-bust operation, at about 11:20 AM of November 15, 2014 at Iriga City Central Terminal in Brgy San Roque, of this city and were able to arrest a suspected drug pusher identified as Riden Villadiego y De Vera, alias “Karus”, 34 yrs old, married, resident of Zone 3, Brgy San Agustin, together with 2 other companion identified as Augosto Decena y Reoterez, married, 33 yrs old, and Chenrey Decena y Biag, 27 yrs old, single, both residents of Perpetual Help, all of this city. A policeman together with a police asset acted as poseur buyer and managed to purchase one small plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be Shabu. When search was made to Riden Villadiego alias “Karus” in the presence of mandatory witnesses from DOJ, Media and Brgy Officials representatives, the following items were recovered from his possession and control; One Coin purse with Nineteen small long type plastic sachets inside; Five small plastic sachets; Five small long size plastic sachets, all containing white crystalline substances suspected to be “Shabu”; One plastic container color orange; One brown paper; Two Crumpled aluminum foil ; One improvised needle; One brown crumpled paper; Two Disposable lighters; Two Folded aluminum foil and One Identification Card from N.G. Mirando Line with name Villadiego, Riden D. ID number 052014122; and One Five Hundred Peso Bill as marked money. When body search was made to Augusto Decena in the presence of same representative, the following items were recovered in his possession and control: Three disposable lighters; Three pcs. crumpled aluminum foils; and One rolled aluminum foil as improvised pipe. Suspects were arrested and informed of their Constitutional Rights and were placed under the custody of Iriga City Police Station together with the evidence for proper disposition###(Iriga CPS)
