Drunk drivers keep killing people because they get a slap on the hand every time they get caught! Even with a suspended license they still drive, even when they have gotten caught many times, they dont care and still drive, and most of these never make it to a conviction! Its not the officers fault either, they do what they are supposed to do. When I lived in San Antonio, I was called for jury duty, it was the case of a drunk driver, and Nico LaHood was his attorney, I told them that I have no compassion for drunk drivers, most of them only kill innocents, most of the time they survive only to go drink and drive and possibly kill again! I wish I could say more, but for now this will do!
