Duale, Yussuf Haji, Kimaiyo and Kibunja Sued by Mandera residents Hache Hassan, Mohamed Ibrahim and Yussuf Maalim who are Mandera residents moved to court to suspend implementation of agreement to stop clan clashes in Wajir and Mandera. The agreement requires each community to confine its members from engaging in attacks with others, failure to which community to be fined sh10 Million fine. Trio claimed that the pact will promote clan clashes rather than solution. National Assembly Majority leader Adan Duale, Garissa Senator Yussuf Haji, Inspector General David Kaimayo, Cohesion and Integration Chair Mzalendo Kibuja are among the people sued by youth from from Mandera county.
