Dualism can help us all illuminate, help with knowledge (gnosis), most importantly help us identify and categorize true and false. Specifically this time, i would like to differentiate between the true and false self, because it seems there is a lot of confusion about it. The true self is that one who is compassionate, caring, loving, fair and just, equal and balanced, and honest and sharing, and with these qualities the true self knows and practices goodness. Where the false self is that one who is ignorant, obviously because it is oppositional in qualities of the true self. Follow and be the true self that is the real one that we all are, friends.
