Due to my knowledge i have exactly written the complete name of my uncle,and the carelessness of the teller is a cause from mistyped of 1 letter that leads to delayed remitance.And now they are charging me to correct the mispelling letter,will then much better to get my money back and send it to other remitance.The negligence is not in my position why certain things happened.During in the transaction process the teller is free to ask and should double check all the details to avoid incovenience in the future,which is ive never experience on that very moment so why should i penalize?
