Due to our current Landlord experiencing some relationship difficulties we are having to leave our home of 2 years. We are looking for a 3/4 bedroom property for a longterm let in New Ash Green or similar. We have three children and would be looking for somewhere to settle into for at least 5 years but preferably longer. We have 2 dogs that are house trained and taken for walks every day. We are self employed and have business premises in Gravesend but also work from home most days so the dogs are not left alone. In the short term my mother will need to live with us whilst awaiting a place in a local retirement home which should be 4/5 months. We are happy to take on properties that require decoration at our own expense. We need to move by 11th April, however could move sooner if required.
