Due to road construction on Parker Road, part of L Street will be closed to traffic beginning on Tuesday, November 12, 2013. This road closure will continue for several days and will impact parents who drop off or pick up their child at Crawford Elementary School. L Street will be closed beginning at Hartford Street and ending at the intersection of Parker Road and L Street. Traffic that normally approaches Crawford from the west on L Street will be re-routed left onto Hartford, right onto East M Street, right onto Parker Road and then left at the 4-way stop onto L Street. Upon exiting the school’s driveway, all traffic must turn right onto L Street. No left turns will be allowed onto L Street until the street closure is over. Parents are asked to allow for extra time during these days of the road closure. If you have any questions, please call Ginny Huckaba, principal of Crawford Elementary at 968.4677.
