One hot topic I wish to share is the result of the general election held recently in state which revealed myself as candidate for the governors seat trailing the incumbent by 26 votes. FYI, this runoff election is similar and parallel to the recent election taken place on Nov 4. Special polling places of Pohnpei. Guam, Honolulu, Kona and Seatlle are inclusive in this upcoming special election. Absentee ballot request for those living outside of special polling places are also in considerations of the state election commission. The final day to request absentee ballots is Dec 5, 2015 to allow ample time for the commission to forward the ballots. If you wish to request for absentee, send in your name, your mailing address to any of the members of the election commission and your request will be logged in for further response in a timely fashion.
