Due to the expected magnitude of winter storm Juno, and the current snow emergency declared in Somerville, Assembly Row is opening the first three levels of the parking garage attached to the AMC Theater for emergency parking to residents of the Ten Hills neighborhood. Ten Hills residents are able to park their cars on levels 1, 2 and 3 of the garage attached to the AMC Theater beginning Monday. We ask that all residents parking their car in Assembly Row’s parking garage remember the 4th and 5th levels of the garage are reserved for the employees of the Assembly Row neighborhood and we do expect to be open for business on Wednesday morning. Additionally, the Block 1 and Block 4 parking garages are reserved for the residents of Assembly Row. We will be following the same snow emergency parking protocols as the City of Somerville and cars must be removed within 2 hours of the emergency being lifted. Please do not park in the open lots surrounding Assembly Row or Assembly Square Marketplace as we will be plowing the lots; there will be snow plows in the area and we are not responsible for any damage. While 24-hour parking is not normally permitted, we are happy to extend this service and accommodation to our neighbors. Questions? Please call the City of Somerville 311 Constituent Services office (617-666-3311 from outside the city or a cell).
