During my long walks into downtown I always pass this place, a quaint little pizza shop nestled in between 3 story condos and office buildings, in a predominantly residential area. This place is somehow different then all the rest mainly because its on a quiet shady side of the street, the entrance is very warm and inviting and there are no flashing garish signs or tacky posters in the window. The exterior of the shop is aesthetically pleasing and seems to blend in with the surrounding structures and has a homey feel. Theres a distinct aroma of fresh baked pizza dough that wafts through the air each time I pass by, as if its calling me by name. There are probably several thousand places to buy pizza in Chicago but for reasons mentioned above, this quaint little shop somehow appeals to me more then others. Oh yes, I will be blogging about it soon. :0-)
