During our recent Parish Council meeting, many maintenance and repair issues were brought up, affecting all 3 of our churches. They range from small to large, inexpensive to very expensive. Our Finance Council is asking for knowledgeable individuals to join an ad hoc team to meet 3 or 4 times in the next month to examine each project and assign priorities to them. To qualify as a “knowledgeable“ person, you need to have experience in the building trades, or have a builder’s license and be able to estimate budgetary costs.
