Dynasty is our Destiny : Looks like the Dynasty will never end...that is the unfortunate truth. Rahuls failure means nothing to the party. They know his day will come, there will be a day when they will discredit the BJP govt some way and the Congress can crawl its way back in power, and who will lead the Congress then....of course the dynasty. Rahuls failure also has no implication for the dynasty continuation, Priyanka could take over, Robert himself has said earlier he is not averse to politics and then of course there are Priyankas kids, who will no doubt stake claim to the throne in the future. So really, there is never a real end to the dynasty. Given the nature of divided polity and an equally unimpressive alternative to a sycophant party like congress, we as a nation may be destined to carry the burden of the chinese gandhi family for some time now. Individually, the members of the family will eventually fade out in the annals the history, but its spineless loyalists will ensure that the legacy will carry on.
