#EANews Uganda is changing how they do the gorilla permit bookings and allocations which is fantastic for us and you if youre keen on getting close to these gentle giants. The Uganda Wildlife Authority will no longer sell permits for individual Gorilla families, visitors will be assigned to a Gorilla group the morning of tracking, depending on the movement of the Gorilla groups and the age and physical fitness of the client tracking. This is how it is done in Rwanda and works far better for us and our guests. Currently Uganda has four Gorilla tracking areas, Buhoma, Nkuringo, Ruhija, Rushaga. No paper permits will be issued to visitors, your details will be loaded onto electronic cards which we present to you on arrival into country in your travel pack. You then present the card at the tracking stations. #GorillaTrek
