EAST MAASIM PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS ASSOCIATION CONSTITUTION AND BY LAWS PREAMBLE We, the professional teachers and employees of East Maasim District imploring the aid of Divine Providence acting as one solid body for our welfare and benefits, do hereby organize this association and promulgate this constitution and by laws ARTICLE I. NAME & OBJECTIVE Section 1. Name of the organization 1.1 The name of the organization shall be East Maasim Public School Teachers Association with the acronym EMPSTA 1.2 The office of the association shall be at the East Maasim District Office, Colon, Maasim, Sarangani Province 1.3 The Association shall have this official logo (Suggestions/proposal on the logo is welcome) Section 2. The association shall have the following objectives: 2.1 To bind ourselves as one to work for our betterment. 2.2 To uphold and protect our rights and privileges. 2.3 To promote mutual understanding and cooperation among members. 2.4 To work for the professional enhancement of teachers and employees.
