EAT CHIPS & LOSE WEIGHT at BRINKLEY GROVE TUESDAYS 7.30PM Vicky a working mum of 2 was delighted to find a diet where she can still eat things like: fish & chips, kebabs, fried breakfasts... & still lose weight! Vicky was feeling very unhappy & tried several different diets but always felt hungry. Then she discovered slimming world & was amazed at what & how much she could eat. She was surprised that nearly any mean could be converted into a slimming world version meal. “It doesnt feel like a diet at all, I can have anything I want with slimming worlds food optimizing, I even have a chocolate bar most nights a credo or curly wurly.” Vicky joined a slimming world group at Brinkley Grove Highwood’s 7 months ago & has lost 3 stone. She was very nervous joining on her own but got a really friendly welcome. Now she has made so many friends & couldnt imagine not going to group now. “I loved the fact that it was so friendly, there was no humiliation & no-one to tell you off if I slip up one week, theres always loads of support from everyone. I also loved that you can choose your own target and change it whenever you like.” Vicky loves the group she goes to so much she has decided to become a slimming world consultant herself at the Brinkley Grove group & hopes to carry on inspiring other members. Vicky has struggled losing weight before and has under active thyroid and loves her food so the food optimizing at slimming world is so good for her. Vicky works in a chip shop cooking and serving fish + chips most days and is so pleased that fish & chips slimming world style is on the menu. Now shes starting the new year much happier and over 3 stone lighter and taking over the Brinkley Road Primary school slimming world group on a Tuesday at 7.30pm to help other people in Colchester.
