EBOLA UPDATE: After a very intensive Ebola session today, the Liberian Senate in leaning towards recommendation to outsource the entire Ebola crisis. It is evident that Liberia does not have the capacity to manage Ebola, our health teams should serve as counterparts for capacity building. Sen. Nyepan, From Sinoe, Sen. Ballout from Maryland and Sen. Lawrence from Grand Bassa make up a three person committee selected by the Senate leadership to compile the views and recommendations from the senate for presentation on Thursday. Grand Bassa Update: We have had only one death in Buchanan and 4 contacts. The four contacts were quarantined for over 21 days, one of them have died from Ebola and the three have been tested negative and discharged.
