ECONOMIC POLICY DIALOGUE The Department of Trade and Industry (the dti) invite academics, economists, the media, policy analysts, economic opinion makers, business organizations and other interested members of the public to its first Economic Policy Dialogue (EPD) for 2013, titled “Entrepreneurship and the package of interventions as the possible mechanism to curb the tide of high youth unemployment in South Africa”. The panellists for this session includes Dr. Chunlin Zhang, a Lead Private Sector Development Specialist of the World Bank and the Sector Leader responsible for coordinating the World Bank’s operations in financial sector development and private sector development in Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, South Africa, and Swaziland. Also a renowned small business development research specialist and CEO of Osiba Management, the small business development research company, Mr Septi Bukula as well as the Director-General of the dti, Mr Lionel October.
