EDF Energy do not touch them with a barge pole ! Terrible customer service what a fight to get refund of £113 credit on my account and lost direct debit of £144 4 phone calls where the minute u ask for refund call is disconnected 3 emails 2 live chats and 1 online request form completed and still no money oh and copy of bank statement emailed to prove direct debit ! To say I am made is a very big understatement arrrrggghhhhh
