EDITOR NOTE: Well friends and fellow rockers, it appears that my illness is no longer in remission, but how quickly it may be progressing cannot be determined until I go in for additional tests in a few weeks to check the rate of progression. However, regardless of this set-back, I am continuing, with a drive and passion, to continue to do what I love which is, cover and promote music, specifically indie rock music. It has been my life for many years now, from mere rock photographer in my early beginnings to Editor and Publisher of national INDIE ROCK magazines. I still as often as I can, get out from behind the desk, to be a photo-journalist. I did not let this get me down or keep me from doing what I love years ago when first made aware of what was going on, and it will not get me down or stop me now. I can remember years ago, watching my first concert live, Black Sabbath with the Outlaws. (Yes it was that long ago). I also remember the first pictures I took with a 35mm that were actually used in a publication, High Times lol. So hang on rockers, because I am back, and the promotion of indie rock music is going to be better than every before, because I have a renewed drive and passion now, and will use this to ensure that every indie band that wants to get their music heard will get a post, that all the indie bands we can give a boost we will give a boost, whether online, in the publications or shortly, on air. Appreciate all of you letting me ramble on here, but just wanted to let everyone know I am back, driven, and ready to take on the world regardless of what doctors or anyone else says. It seems the office has kind of slowed down without me so time to give everyone a boost and get the wheels of the indie rock movement turning quickly once again. A big thank you to all of you who have kept my spirits up and to those of you who have continued to post and cover venues and events, everyone of you rocks! Look for new bands today, my staff has been on the road covering lots of new bands and events and we will get some of them out for you as the day goes on. Keep rocking! - Keith, editor
