EDUCATIONAL LEADERS - ECT, 2IC and Trainees - Austral This is an opportunity to join a new centre- based service located in Austral. Unity Juniors is approved for 59 places and has been operating since August 2013, educating and caring for children aged 3 years (36 months) to Pre-school. We are looking for dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher/Educational Leader. The responsibilities of the Educational Leader will include overseeing the creation and implementation of a structured school readiness program. Monitoring other staff and ensuring the incorporation of the Early Years Learning Framework, guiding educators in their daily educational works and programs in the classrooms- Ensuring that the service is maintained at a high quality standard at all times. Implementing and training other educators of the centre in the implementation of the centres educational programs- High Level of Administrative and communicative skills- Senior First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate are required. All staff must have a passion for educating and must be familiar with the Early Childhood Education and National Regulations, The National Quality Framework and The Early Years Framework.
