EF athletes had a great day at the Kinetic Half yesterday! Leading the way was Chad Albright, who finished seventh overall and second in his age group. Trey Smith finished third in his age group (bettering his time from last year), Rob Woods, Lee Younts and Nina Cron had solid days, and Dane King completed his first half iron event! Several EF athletes used the Aquabike division to test their early-season fitness. Thomas Walton-Cale was third overall with a great ride, and Rick Hyatt turned in a solid finish. On the womens side, Kelly Britt had a breakthrough performance, posting a very fast 2:48 bike split. Brenda Seyler also had a solid day, just missing a sub-3:00 bike split.
