EFFECTIVE & SUFFICIENT When it comes to training I believe in its not how long you train its what you do within that time? Ask your self are you wasting your time doing long hours of training and tiring your self? Here is a video of me performing a shoulder shrugs on a shoulder press, I was not a fan at of shrugs at all even I get comment on how bug my traps are but I guess it had to be done. Reasons why I use the press machine is because its effective and you can feel it and hit your traps and delts. How to Perform Shrugs 01. Base the seat on your height(if your small pull the seat up) 02. Grab the bar, keep your elbow straight and brig your shoulders back and chest out 03. SHRUG SHRUG as high as you can and squeeze your traps.
