EGGLESS WEST COAST LOAF Martha De Lange Makes two medium loaves. 240 g bran 90 ml sugar 125 ml sesame, poppy or sunflower seeds 2 Litres milk 500 ml rye flour 750 ml cake flour or white bread flour 1 Litres self-raising flour 5 ml salt 25 ml baking powder sesame and poppy seeds for sprinkling Mix the bran, sugar, seeds and milk and leave overnight. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and spray two medium-sized loaf tins with non-stick spray or grease lightly with margarine. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients. Mix and turn the dough into the loaf tins, spreading evenly. Leave in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds if desired. Bake for about an hour until done. Elmarie
