EMERGENCY SUPPORT NEEDED IN NW WASHINGTON STATE: Are there any Warrior Moms in NW Washington State? I desperately need people to attend my hearings. I fear that if the court continues to believe I have no support system and nobody paying attention to their rulings, my daughter will be forced to be with her abusive and extremely sociopathic father (even temporarily it will be devastating to her safety). All of my family and friends live in the East and Midwest U.S. We have no support out there, and I have nobody that is able to fly out there next week. I have to attend a contempt hearing next Friday, the 31st, all away across the country. This could put my daughter (who has lived with me all of her 9 years) in an urgent, dangerous situation. I left Washington State and returned home last year with my daughter when my abusive ex secretly forced us into the street. The commissioner who will likely be hearing our case is rated as the worst one in the state, and is the one who forced us to stay in a very dangerous situation that resulted in more abuse and death threats. She has a local reputation in the DV and legal community for protecting abusers and punishing victims. My ex is an extremely dangerous sociopath who is hell bent on revenge. The recordings I have of his threats are not admissible in WA. I do have the police report from his August arrest, which speaks about my daughters thorough, detailed recall of the entire incident and his threat to kill us both. His ultimate goal is to achieve enough time with her to either get her out of the country or kill her. This commissioner, despite his history of extreme court fraud and abduction, has already refused to make him hand over his passport for inspection or even to be held during visitations. He can easily abscond with her due to several unique things, so the typical precautions dont even apply to us. Ive already done everything that I was supposed to do to prevent abduction except convince the court to issue the correct orders. Now, I could possibly be punished for leaving the state (he secretly ended his lease and there was a no contact order in place--which he repeatedly violated) even though we suddenly had not a single place to go in that state and received no child support. (I always work, except for the time he threatened us into staying with him for months--he refused to allow me to work there). If the court forces me to hand her over to him (even temporarily), she will face extreme emotional abuse and his habitual backhand all over her body, and she will disappear for countries unknown. He is radicalized, anti-American, and fiercely determined to get her out of here. If any fathers in the country are capable of killing or absconding with their child, he is one of them. If anyone knows of some other mothers/parents/people who could attend the hearings on the 31st, it would be lovingly appreciated! I dont know where else to reach out.
