*****EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY***** Soothe - Massage on Demand is currently seeking a CMT Recruiter/Liason; heres the job description: SOOTHE CMT RECRUITER + LIAISON POSITION DESCRIPTION JOB SUMMARY: Soothe, an innovative mobile massage company is seeking to hire a dynamic, motivated massage industry professional to serve as CMT Recruiter and Therapist Liaison. Chosen candidate will coordinate/schedule all phases of interviews through the MTs registration process. In this role, you will interact with other Recruiters, SOOTHEs Operations Team, Massage Schools and applicants. Recruiter will contribute to the overall success of the SOOTHE team by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process. Soothe is a growing company with many opportunities for growth and expansion within. In this position, you will be responsible for: ● Supporting the recruiting function by communicating with Massage Schools in your area, scheduling interviews with applicants, and managing applicant flow. ● Creating and maintaining connections with your surrounding Massage Schools Career Services Individuals, presenting at Career Fairs and Meet and Greets. ● Distributing and maintaining applicant-related necessities including SOOTHE Shirts. ● Maintaining files for registered applicants including W9, local certification and personal liability insurance documents, ensuring that these are current. ● Communicating professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with respect. ● Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times. ● Providing support through registration and profile creation for new applicants. ● Providing coaching to individual MTs as corrective action is needed. ● Distributing electronic exit letters when necessary. The successful candidate will have: ● An understanding and ability to discern all aspects needed for a successful SOOTHE MT. ● Ability to evaluate MT skill in manual therapy, communication, and professionalism. ● Personal experience in the field of Massage Therapy, 5 years + preferred. ● Experience troubleshooting problems, providing motivational solution-based coaching. ● Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results. ● Strong communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and teamwork. ● Outstanding organization skills in regard to prioritizing tasks. ● Understanding of smartphone and iOS technology, ability to use the SOOTHE website. ● Experience with professional e-mail and phone correspondence. ● Ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. ● Experience in soft sales and public speaking, addressing a student body. ● An interest in SOOTHE MT Recruiting is desired. soothe/
